Intelligence Analyst - OSINT & Narrative Analysis (UAE)

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT investigations: social account analysis, network mapping, narrative tracking, and information-environment monitoring
• Use PeakMetrics tools to gather data, analyze online activity, identify emerging narratives, and produce findings
• Produce daily updates, narrative briefs, situational reports, and visual insights for stakeholders
• Synthesize complex multi-source data into clear, mission-aligned analysis for senior decision-makers
• Engage directly with customer teams to triage requests, brief findings, and support ongoing needs
• Train users on OSINT workflows and PeakMetrics platform; contribute to SOPs and repeatable tradecraft
• Collaborate with product/engineering to improve data reliability, features, and analytic workflows

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Experience producing intelligence/analytic products for public-sector or senior leaders
• Strong understanding of Middle East dynamics and digital ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with OSINT or social monitoring platforms
• Excellent writing with clear, actionable analysis
• Ability to brief complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Customer-focused, responsive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Professional fluency in spoken and written English
• Based in Dubai, UAE; hybrid with regular on-site engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IR, Political Science, Communications, or related field
• Arabic language skills
• Familiarity with counter-disinformation and online influence operations
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern geopolitics and modern information environments
