Interconnection Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead utility and interconnection strategy for complex customer opportunities, including large-load, utility-scale, and enterprise projects
• Evaluate site-specific interconnection pathways, utility requirements, and market-participation implications
• Identify material cost, schedule, and technical risks including study triggers and protection requirements
• Support transition toward larger 10 MW-plus opportunities and transmission-scale projects
• Design and improve repeatable interconnection workflows in Jira
• Create and maintain reusable guidance, templates, and internal reference material
• Serve as a strategic partner across Sales, Interconnection, PM, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of electric interconnection experience
• Experience with distributed generation and utility interconnection
• Demonstrated ability to support complex interconnection pathways and utility studies
• Familiarity with utility-scale project dynamics and higher megawatt thresholds
• Experience designing or improving workflows, operating processes, or systems to enable scale
• Strong written communication skills for producing customer-ready guidance
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
