Job description

Responsibilities

  • Help deliver Q4 revenue targets through high-impact Amazon US execution
  • Diagnose account issues daily and unblock the team
  • Lead strategic workstreams such as TikTok Shop product launches coordinated with Amazon
  • Provide senior judgment on paid media, merchandising, operations, and pricing trade-offs
  • Maintain momentum during key pivot points like Prime Day

Requirements

  • 6+ years owning or operating a meaningful Amazon US P&L at a high-growth brand
  • Experience at a corporate or PE-backed company
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, ad SaaS, and Brand Analytics
  • Proven track record of managing high-pressure Q4 cycles
  • Executive-ready communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in personal care, beauty, or CPG categories
  • Experience launching adjacent channels like TikTok Shop or Walmart
  • Depth in paid media and PPC partnership
  • Experience navigating leadership transitions
