Responsibilities
- Help deliver Q4 revenue targets through high-impact Amazon US execution
- Diagnose account issues daily and unblock the team
- Lead strategic workstreams such as TikTok Shop product launches coordinated with Amazon
- Provide senior judgment on paid media, merchandising, operations, and pricing trade-offs
- Maintain momentum during key pivot points like Prime Day
Requirements
- 6+ years owning or operating a meaningful Amazon US P&L at a high-growth brand
- Experience at a corporate or PE-backed company
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, ad SaaS, and Brand Analytics
- Proven track record of managing high-pressure Q4 cycles
- Executive-ready communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in personal care, beauty, or CPG categories
- Experience launching adjacent channels like TikTok Shop or Walmart
- Depth in paid media and PPC partnership
- Experience navigating leadership transitions
