Responsibilities
- Drive a significant increase in Enterprise Success attach rate, ensuring performance exceeds target.
- Grow net retention across your supported account portfolio, consistently surpassing goals.
- Maintain strong gross retention for your portfolio, meeting or exceeding established targets.
- Achieve enterprise renewal rate objectives by guiding accounts through successful renewals.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience and achievement in enterprise customer success management or account management
- Customer networking, stakeholder, and escalation management
- Operational excellence
- Top talent identification, acquisition, development and retention
- Bias for action, bias for speed
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs, challenges, and priorities relevant to Camunda’s customer base
- Executive presence and communication skills
