Intern - Project Coordination & Digital Execution

Responsibilities

The intern will work closely with the founder and cross-functional partners to support and coordinate the following projects:

• Essential Oil Products Launch: Support product launch planning and execution, coordinate with designers, suppliers, and digital teams, track timelines, tasks, and deliverables
• Website & Pricing Intelligence Tool: Coordinate development of websites and crawlers, assist with testing, deployment, and documentation, work with developers on pricing & inventory intelligence features
• Virgin Mobile Plans – Digital Launch: Support website launch activities, assist in traffic generation, basic SEO, and conversion optimisation, help manage content, updates, and performance tracking
• General Project Management Support: Track multiple workstreams simultaneously, follow up with stakeholders and vendors, ensure projects move towards timely completion

Requirements

• Strong coordination and organisational skills
• Comfortable working across multiple projects
• Interest in e-commerce, digital products, and startups
• Basic understanding of websites, digital tools, or marketing is a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts
• Familiarity with website development processes
