Internal AI Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve "MIA," our internal AI intelligence agent, to transform how our team works
• Collect user feedback and own product quality, providing prioritized updates for automation engineers
• Drive company-wide adoption by identifying and sharing new use cases and best practices
• Handle day-to-day user support and troubleshoot AI-specific issues
• Proactively analyze performance metrics and conversation logs to identify patterns of failure and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Proven success owning an AI-based product
• Technical savvy with a strong understanding of technical product workflows
• Experience with AI-specific troubleshooting, such as diagnosing hallucinations or context-retrieval errors
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional, globally distributed teams
• A genuine passion for mobile games

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic coding skills with an understanding of Python and automation flows
• Expertise in prompt engineering and context engineering
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Experience with tools such as Notion and n8n
