Internal Communications & Engagement Project Officer

About the Company

SDSN Youth is one of the initiatives of SDSN. It was launched in 2015 with a mission to empower youth globally to create sustainable development solutions, focusing on outreach, capacity building, and advocacy for the Sustainable Development Goals.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain internal databases, directories, and contact lists
• Draft, update, and organize internal documents, guidelines, and templates
• Support the distribution of internal announcements and updates
• Support recruitment processes including outreach and application coordination
• Support the design and implementation of alumni engagement activities
• Promote active participation within the assembly by coordinating meetings and activities

Requirements

• Aged between 18-30 (flexibility up to 35 years old)
• Excellent command of English (writing, speaking, and listening)
• Previous experience in student or youth leadership
• Passion for youth engagement and sustainable development
• Proven team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and report consistently
• Experience with communications and management software such as Google Suite
• Previous professional or volunteer experience in operations, internal communications, or people & culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage workload across multiple projects
• Availability to commit 10 hours per week
