Internal Engagement & Experiences Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for major company events including Sales Kickoff (SKO), annual retreats, and leadership meetings
• Manage vendors, venues, logistics, timelines, budgets, and production coordination
• Support and evolve employee engagement initiatives and culture-focused programs
• Partner with HR, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to align internal programs with company priorities
• Coordinate internal communications and recognition efforts
• Create scalable planning processes and operational standards for engagement programs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event management, employee engagement, or related fields
• Proven experience managing large-scale corporate internal events
• Experience with event management platforms like Cvent or equivalent
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Monday.com, or Asana
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Must be based in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting employer brand or internal culture activation
• Background in hospitality or enterprise event management
• Experience working cross-functionally in high-growth environments
