International Admissions Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted annual recruitment strategy for East Africa focused on fee-paying students
• Own and manage the full admissions pipeline from initial outreach through to enrollment confirmation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international school counselors, administrators, and parent communities
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events including school fairs, visits, and virtual engagement sessions
• Use CRM systems to manage applicant records, track pipeline health, and produce regular reporting
• Provide regional market intelligence and trend analysis to inform strategic planning
• Mentor and support junior team members and associates

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in student recruitment, university admissions, or education business development
• Proven track record of meeting enrollment targets for fee-paying students
• Existing networks with international school counselors or private school administrators in East Africa
• Familiarity with international curricula such as IB, A-Level, IGCSE, and AP
• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management
• Willingness to travel extensively within East Africa
• Bachelor's degree required

• Master's degree
