International Business - Graduate Program

Responsibilities

• Work as a Graduate Specialist in at least three General Administration departments: Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Commercial: Assist with market research, analysis, support marketing material development, participate in strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Supply Chain: Gain hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, logistics, material management, supply planning, warehouse management, and facility management.
  • Finance: Participate in financial planning & analysis, project finance, tax planning, reporting, treasury, and accounting.
  • Marketing: Support internal and external communications, campaigns, and events, and drive brand strategy initiatives.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain regular contact with sponsors and mentors.
• Produce reports and provide feedback on program progress.
• Participate in business travel as required by the rotation within the program.

Requirements

• MBA degree
• Exposure and willingness to be part of business administration functions
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to travel and work internationally based on rotation needs
• Valid permission to work within the European Union
