Responsibilities
- Produce specialized technical inputs to support the private sector portfolio for ACRO and Country Offices
- Develop substantive analyses and documents to support resource mobilization opportunities with private sector actors
- Prepare technical documentation for alliance processes and due diligence with private sector entities
- Map private sector actors, business associations, foundations, and relevant intermediaries
- Create pitch decks, concept notes, institutional presentations, and value propositions
- Compile and organize supporting documentation for internal review and risk assessment processes
- Develop methodological guides, agendas, and analytical reports for specific activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, Communication, International Relations, Human Rights, Development Studies, Public Administration, Business Management, Economics, or related fields
- Master's degree in a related field or two additional years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the private sector, strategic alliances, resource mobilization, corporate social responsibility, or philanthropy
- Demonstrable experience working with business ecosystem actors in Latin America and the Caribbean
- Experience working on gender equality and women's rights issues within the private sector
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and web-based management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the United Nations System
- Proficiency in French or Portuguese
