Job description

Responsibilities

  • Source and price international circuit and service opportunities with existing and new global vendors
  • Lead pricing discussions and negotiations with carriers across multiple regions and time zones
  • Track and secure vendor pricing promotions, regional incentives, and volume-based discounts
  • Research and engage new international vendors to support the full onboarding process
  • Manage and maintain vendor information, pricing, and product catalogs in the proprietary platform
  • Test and validate pricing logic in the internal Quote Tool
  • Partner with Sales on international quoting opportunities to provide accurate pricing and quick turnaround
  • Handle vendor escalations from internal teams to resolve issues quickly

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in telecom quoting, pricing, financial analysis, or procurement
  • Strong Excel skills, including modeling, lookups, and structured data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate across cultures
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaborator who works effectively across different functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • International experience or exposure, such as working with global vendors or multi-region pricing
  • Experience with cross-border procurement
