Job Description

WeRide.ai is hiring an International Project Manager to support overseas sales, pre-sale technical consultation, bidding, and after-sales network development for autonomous driving and automotive products based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role works closely with sales, R&D, production and external partners in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and sales teams to understand overseas customer needs and provide professional pre-sale technical consultation.
  • Assist in formulating sales strategies, customer visit plans, and participate in negotiations with key international customers.
  • Prepare high-quality pre-sale plans, product presentations and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Support overseas bidding activities including requirement research, bid writing, and contract drafting with internal and external resources.
  • Collect and report overseas market dynamics, customer feedback and competitor information to inform product R&D and market strategy.
  • Maintain and organize technical support documentation: product introductions, vehicle certification reports, test reports, maintenance and troubleshooting manuals, parts catalogues.
  • Plan and develop overseas after-sales service networks, including selection, evaluation, contracting and management of dealers and maintenance stations to ensure service coverage and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with major overseas automotive markets (Europe, Singapore, Japan, South Korea) and familiarity with their import/export, certification and quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of automotive technical principles, production processes and autonomous driving product performance.
  • Proven ability to translate technical details into customer-facing proposals and to support complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and cross-cultural skills to collaborate across sales, R&D and production teams.
  • High adaptability and capacity to quickly learn new regulations, standards and product technologies.
