International Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for local markets
• Source candidates through social media and other channels
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and perform reference checks
• Maintain candidate records and provide timely feedback
• Support candidates through onboarding and after job start
• Coordinate with sales and delivery managers on hiring needs

Requirements

• Native-level Italian
• Fluent English (B2)
• Social media recruiting experience
• Comfortable using personal social profiles for work
• Knowledge of relevant cultures and markets
• Remote work experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales or recruitment experience
• International environment experience
• Living abroad experience
