Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Build strong relationships with job seekers and company partners
• Use social media to engage, attract, and source top talent
• Collaborate with an international team using Slack, Google Drive, and TeamTailor
• Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in recruitment or sales
• Comfortable using social media as a recruitment tool
• Solid communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)
• Energetic, creative, and people-oriented personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience living, studying, or working abroad
