International Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for local markets
• Plan job briefs and create job ads on social media
• Source candidates proactively and update the candidate database
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and perform reference checks
• Support candidates throughout the hiring journey and after start date
• Coordinate with sales and delivery managers on hiring needs

Requirements

• Native-level Norwegian
• Fluent English (B2)
• Social media experience for recruitment use
• Interest in recruitment or sales
• Comfortable working remotely
• Knowledge of relevant cultures and markets
