Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for local markets
• Source candidates through social media and other channels
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and perform reference checks
• Support candidates throughout the hiring journey and after start date
• Coordinate with sales and delivery managers on hiring needs

Requirements

• Native-level German
• Fluent English (B2)
• Experience in recruitment or sales preferred
• Social media recruiting experience
• Familiarity with international markets and cultures
• Comfortable using personal social media profiles for work
