International Student Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place international students into Wall Street English programs in Dubai
• Manage and leverage existing international agent networks to drive enrollment
• Promote Dubai as a premier destination for English language study
• Guide students through the full recruitment lifecycle, including consultation, program selection, and enrollment
• Coordinate student visa processes and documentation support
• Liaise with internal admissions, academic, and visa teams to ensure smooth arrivals
• Meet and exceed agreed sales, enrollment, and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and recruitment pipelines

Requirements

• Proven experience in international student recruitment and placing students overseas
• Direct experience recruiting for English language programs or language schools
• An existing agent network or substantial experience managing recruitment agents
• Hands-on experience recruiting from regions such as South America, Russia, China, Turkey, Southeast Asia, or the Middle East
• Strong understanding of international student visa processes and admissions workflows
• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting revenue targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be personable and "tele-friendly"
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote capacity

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Wall Street English or similar global language brands
• Experience recruiting students specifically to the UAE or Dubai
• Multilingual capabilities
