Inventory Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-ground team of supervisors and pickers across Inbound and Inventory
• Plan shift manpower, allocate tasks, and monitor floor productivity
• Ensure proper guardrails are in place for all Inbound and Inventory processes through strict SOPs
• Oversee batch consolidation, zonal stock movements, and cycle counts
• Manage FEFO fixing movements, pallet-to-pick replenishment, and expiry management
• Oversee supplier PO receiving, quality checks, and timely putaway
• Manage supplier invoice verification and reconciliation

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or dark-store operations
• Hands-on experience with WMS systems
• Experience with cycle counting and FEFO-based stock handling
• Ability to lead floor teams and enforce SOP discipline
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Flexibility to work in shifts as per operational needs
