Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide procurement operations support including purchasing, inventory management, and cycle counts
  • Manage KPIs such as inventory shrink, out of stocks, inventory turns, and gross profit margins
  • Develop deep knowledge of inventory items and align with buildings to drive best practices
  • Align with Finance and Procurement Operations to understand budgetary targets and measure savings
  • Develop and implement methods to measure supplier performance for continuous improvement
  • Work with suppliers to develop innovative procurement solutions for the Operations network

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in supply chain operations
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (pivots and V-Lookups)
  • Strong analytics and mathematics background
  • Experience in supplier and vendor relationship management
  • Experience understanding process flow and suggesting improvements for cost savings or inventory reduction
  • Ability to travel to regional warehouses infrequently

Preferred Qualifications

  • NetSuite experience
  • Prior procurement experience
  • Highly self-motivated and customer-centric
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
