Inventory Planner

Responsibilities

• Execute demand-driven replenishment and inventory purchases to support sales optimization and in-stock goals
• Leverage AI-powered demand forecasting platforms to translate signals into actionable decisions
• Own and maintain supplier configurations and replenishment parameters within planning and ERP systems
• Monitor key inventory KPIs and build reporting in Looker, Excel, and AI-driven analytics tools
• Partner with Merchandising and Marketing to develop strategies for moving aged inventory
• Track orders from PO submission through EDI confirmation and receipt into fulfillment centers
• Identify and pilot AI and automation opportunities such as anomaly detection and automated reorder triggers

Requirements

• 4–6 years of inventory planning and procurement experience in a DTC or eCommerce environment
• Experience managing high-SKU, high-velocity assortments
• Hands-on experience with demand forecasting platforms (e.g., Relex, Toolio, Anaplan)
• Demonstrated AI fluency applied to inventory planning workflows
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Proven track record with in-stock rate, turn, and forecast accuracy metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory across multiple fulfillment center locations
• Familiarity with EDI workflows and ERP systems
• Exposure to AI-assisted scenario planning or automated exception management
• Connection to sustainability and the better-for-you product space
