Job description
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads and guide homeowners from initial inquiry through signed agreement
- Execute a high volume of daily outbound calls to prospective homeowners
- Educate homeowners on Home Equity Investment (HEI) products and comparisons to HELOCs or cash-out refis
- Manage the full homeowner relationship from first contact to closing
- Maintain and document all pipeline activity within Salesforce
- Coordinate with internal processors and underwriters to resolve application bottlenecks
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and product positioning
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience in a closing role
- Mandatory experience in HEI consumer sales
- Proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and text
- Ability to work in a high-volume, evolving startup environment
