Job description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads and guide homeowners from initial inquiry through signed agreement
  • Execute a high volume of daily outbound calls to prospective homeowners
  • Educate homeowners on Home Equity Investment (HEI) products and comparisons to HELOCs or cash-out refis
  • Manage the full homeowner relationship from first contact to closing
  • Maintain and document all pipeline activity within Salesforce
  • Coordinate with internal processors and underwriters to resolve application bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and product positioning

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in a closing role
  • Mandatory experience in HEI consumer sales
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and text
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, evolving startup environment
