Responsibilities

• Proactively source and secure relationships with experienced real estate developers across Mexico and Latin America
• Screen prospective developers to ensure they meet investment criteria and align with the investment strategy
• Serve as the initial point of contact and introduce qualified developers to the New Story Capital team

Requirements

• Extensive local real estate market expertise
• Strong networks within the real estate development sector
• Ability to identify self-sufficient operators capable of handling zoning, master planning, and infrastructure execution
