iOS Development Mentor

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for students via an online community forum
• Answer questions regarding course content and facilitate learning for students
• Host one weekly live virtual session to offer direct, real-time support
• Redirect learners to appropriate support channels and escalate issues to the Mentor Operations team

Requirements

• At least 7 years of industry experience or a master's degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Swift programming (including Protocols, Generics, and Error Handling)
• Expertise in SwiftUI for building modern, declarative user interfaces
• Knowledge of SwiftData and/or Core Data for data persistence and state management
• Experience with iOS networking, concurrency, and application authentication protocols
• Proficiency in the Xcode environment and the complete iOS application lifecycle
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Flexibility to take on this role part-time as an external contractor

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of a Udacity Nanodegree Program
• Experience teaching technical concepts, public speaking, or organizing technical webinars
