iScala Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

• Configure and support iScala ERP solutions aligned with business requirements and global standards
• Lead functional deployment activities and support ERP enhancement initiatives
• Provide advanced functional support for iScala ERP and related Edge Apps solutions
• Troubleshoot complex business and system issues and ensure SLA targets are met
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into system solutions
• Support localization, electronic invoicing, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Assist with financial reporting processes and SOX-related governance
• Support data migration and ERP mapping activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong managed services and functional application support background in iScala
• Experience working in complex international environments supporting ERP implementations and upgrades
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with iScala Financials, Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management, Contract Management, or Service Management modules
• Edge Apps ecosystem experience
• Team leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience
