IT Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily ticket queues and perform service according to SLA and priorities
• Act as a security filter by verifying ticket information and manager approvals
• Manage user access lifecycle including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding
• Execute high-priority offboarding and guardrail processes to inactivate accounts
• Create and maintain Access Management documentation (norms, policies, and procedures)
• Execute audit controls and access recertification, including report extraction and governance
• Develop small automations to assist with daily operational tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in Access Management and end-user support
• Completed higher education in IT or related fields
• Knowledge of governance frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
• Experience creating automations and scripts for operational routines
• Knowledge of using Artificial Intelligence to support work routines

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Security and Governance frameworks
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Experience with JumpCloud
• Experience with IGA solutions
• Experience creating RBAC matrices
