Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the Sales & Service technology operating model, platform strategy, and roadmap alignment across Salesforce-centered platforms
  • Drive business process transformation across sales operations, lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, and PSA/Certinia
  • Manage complex technology projects and cross-functional initiatives, coordinating milestones and risks
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud
  • Oversee Salesforce DevOps, release management, and production readiness practices
  • Lead technology innovation and AI enablement using Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud
  • Lead and develop the internal technology delivery team and manage external vendors and implementation partners

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, business systems, CRM, or Salesforce platform leadership
  • 10+ years of experience owning Salesforce-centered strategy and delivery governance
  • 8+ years of experience leading high-performing teams of administrators, developers, and architects
  • Deep technical fluency in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs) and adjacent systems like Certinia PSA or ZoomInfo
  • Proven experience with Quote-to-Cash, sales engagement tools, and enterprise data flows
  • Experience with Salesforce SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled automation and Salesforce AI governance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Application Architect
  • Experience with Revenue Cloud/CPQ or Certinia
  • Previous experience supporting security services organizations
