Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s outsourced MSP relationship, including performance and strategic initiatives
• Lead and uphold SOC 2 compliance efforts, including evidence collection and control monitoring
• Ensure HIPAA and CCPA compliance across all systems handling protected health information
• Lead IT readiness and deployment for new infusion center openings, including infrastructure setup and go-live support
• Own enterprise IT operational processes managed through Rippling and other internal systems
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for IT security, access management, and incident response
• Assist with due diligence and integration activities related to acquisitions and new market expansion

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of IT management or infrastructure experience
• Experience managing third-party MSP relationships and outsourced IT environments
• Hands-on experience achieving and sustaining SOC 2 compliance
• Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and safeguarding PHI
• Familiarity with CCPA and broader data privacy regulations
• Experience supporting multi-site operations or rapid growth environments
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to operate independently in a lean, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Background working in Healthcare
• Experience supporting ambulatory care, infusion, or physician practice operations
• Familiarity with identity/access management and cloud-based IT environments
• Familiarity with Rippling or similar HRIS/IT management platforms
