IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end employee technology experience in a primarily Mac environment
• Manage the full MacBook fleet, including procurement, provisioning, inventory, and decommissioning
• Own MDM and zero-touch provisioning using tools like Kandji, FleetDM, and Apple Business Manager
• Administer Okta and identity lifecycle management, including MFA, SSO, and Okta Workflows
• Manage the core SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira) and automate user lifecycles via APIs
• Drive proactive reliability by building self-healing scripts and automation to solve recurring issues
• Support compliance by maintaining security baselines and owning IT runbooks
• Co-manage secure network access tools and collaborate with the Infrastructure team on network policies

Requirements

• 4–6 years of IT experience at a technology company
• Hands-on MDM experience managing a MacOS fleet (Kandji, FleetDM, or similar)
• Solid Okta administration experience, including SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with secrets management platforms such as 1Password or Infisical
• Proficiency with Google Workspace admin console and APIs
• Strong network troubleshooting skills (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
• Experience running ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira Service Management
