IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own identity and access management across core enterprise platforms including Okta and Google Workspace
• Lead endpoint management for macOS systems managed through Jamf
• Design and build automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline IT operations
• Administer and support business-critical SaaS applications and collaboration platforms
• Partner with Security to support access reviews, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC)
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex employee technology issues and major incidents
• Continuously improve IT operations through process optimization and documentation

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Administration, or Enterprise IT
• Hands-on experience with Okta and Google Workspace
• Experience managing Apple device fleets using Jamf
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation
• Strong understanding of SaaS administration and modern cloud-based IT infrastructure
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for distributed, remote-first workforces

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth startups
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or CMMC frameworks
• Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, Jamf Certified Tech, or Google Workspace Administrator
