IT Engineer Senior

Responsibilities

• Provide support for technologies and recommend improvements
• Work with stakeholders to develop views of product performance and quality
• Contribute to work estimates and deliver against them
• Assist other IT departments with troubleshooting and tasks
• Evaluate new industry software and infrastructure technologies
• Ensure application and infrastructure quality through testing and IT standards
• Build necessary test data
• Ensure applications and infrastructure meet security standards
• Identify and report technology risks
• Maintain documented processes, best practices, and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience
