Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint management strategy for macOS devices and drive Zero-Touch provisioning
• Implement and manage device trust frameworks using Jamf and Okta
• Administer and scale Single Sign-On (SSO) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
• Architect and deploy IAM Workflows to automate cross-departmental processes
• Develop strategies for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for back-office operations
• Collaborate with Security to maintain Zero Trust models and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA, HITRUST)
• Oversee Data Loss Prevention (DLP) protocols and API key integrations
• Serve as a Tier 2 escalation point and participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Systems Administration, IT Engineering, or senior IT Support
• Deep expertise in Okta SSO configuration, user lifecycle management, and Okta Workflows
• Enterprise Mac endpoint and macOS administration experience (Jamf preferred)
• Strong understanding of IT security fundamentals and Zero Trust concepts
• Proven ability to design and implement repeatable AI-enabled workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms
