IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise technology solutions across on-premise infrastructure, cloud, applications, security, and collaboration platforms
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) providing Tier 3/4 support and root-cause analysis
• Architect and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID
• Implement security controls and ensure compliance with frameworks such as NIST, FedRAMP, CJIS, and HIPAA
• Lead technical deployments, upgrades, migrations, and tenant consolidations
• Create technical documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
• Mentor junior engineers through coaching and technical review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT environments
• Advanced experience in Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Microsoft 365, or infrastructure/networking
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-platform technical issues
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Security+, or CISSP
• Experience in regulated or government-contract environments
• Experience with automation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code
• Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives or projects
