Field Materials develops AI-native material management software for construction. Our AI agents streamline material purchasing and equipment rentals, inventory management, and prefab operations. Responsibilities

• Procure, provision, and manage company laptops and hardware via MDM and disk encryption
• Build and run secure onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Support SOC 2 readiness, audits, and customer security questionnaires
• Administer core SaaS stack including Google Workspace and Slack
• Manage SSO, multi-factor authentication, and identity access controls
• Provide first-line IT support and resolve technical issues
• Manage IT vendors, renewals, and security reviews
• Document IT processes and automate repetitive tasks

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT administration or management
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, MDM, and SSO providers
• Experience managing macOS device fleets in remote environments
• Working knowledge of security frameworks like SOC 2, SOC 1, or ISO 27001
• Strong documentation skills and automation bias

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scripting or IT automation tools
• Experience with compliance automation platforms like Drata or Vanta
