IT Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead IT support operations to ensure timely and consistent support across hardware, software, and SaaS platforms
• Oversee support team workflows, service standards, documentation, and escalation processes
• Create and enforce IT policies regarding device usage, software, and access
• Collaborate with DevOps and SecOps to resolve complex cross-functional technical issues
• Manage IT vendors, including procurement, onboarding, and performance management
• Oversee IT asset procurement, inventory management, and software license lifecycles
• Develop and report on key IT support metrics and service performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or IT management
• Experience managing a support team or internal IT function in a remote-first environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, SaaS platforms, and end-user devices
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including VPNs, DNS, and IP configuration
• Experience with vendor management and procurement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English proficiency at B2+ level

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• ITIL or CompTIA A+ certifications
