IT Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead IT support operations, ensuring contributors receive timely and high-quality support across hardware, software, and SaaS
• Oversee support team workflows, service standards, documentation, and escalation processes
• Create, maintain, and enforce IT policies related to device usage, software, and access
• Work closely with DevOps and SecOps to resolve complex technical issues
• Manage IT vendors, including procurement, onboarding, and performance management
• Oversee IT asset procurement, inventory management, and software license management
• Develop and report on key IT support metrics and service performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or IT management
• Experience managing or coordinating a support team or internal IT function
• Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, SaaS platforms, and end-user devices
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPNs, DNS, IP configuration)
• Experience with vendor management and procurement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English proficiency at B2+ level

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA A+
