IT PM (QA/Release)

Responsibilities

• Run governance rituals: schedule and facilitate cross-stream meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and actions, and drive follow-ups to closure
• Track and follow up cross-stream QA support requests across business and IT streams
• Track dependencies across streams (Dev, QA, Config, Environment, Ops, Production Support) and escalate blockers proactively
• Maintain and continuously improve process documentation on Confluence/SharePoint
• Produce consolidated status reporting and dashboards for senior management
• Support the Release & QA Management lead with workload coordination and ad-hoc PMO activities

Requirements

• Exposure to Murex (MX.3) environments, binary patch cycles, or vendor coordination with Murex
• Ability to facilitate cross-stream meetings and manage governance
• Proficiency in status reporting and risk tracking
• English: C1 Advanced

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tooling
• Experience with PEGA-based workflows
• Experience with test management tools like MxTest
• Prior experience standing up or maturing PMO/governance functions
