Job description

Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of the Project Manager to manage and oversee multiple projects
  • Track and ensure timely completion of tasks and tickets
  • Communicate with clients and third-party vendors regarding scope of work and timelines
  • Organize and schedule on-site and remote projects
  • Assist in creating and updating policies and procedures for Procurement and Project teams
  • Coordinate travel for Installation Technicians
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Coordinator to monitor ordered parts

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of project coordination experience in an IT environment
  • Experience in an MSP environment is highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
