IT Services Consultant - FDIC

Responsibilities

• Interface with FDIC leadership to align GDIT capabilities with mission needs
• Develop and leverage relationships with key decision makers and influencers
• Strengthen alignment of GDIT organizational capabilities to client needs
• Lead program teams to develop a collaborative team culture
• Provide leadership across the new business development lifecycle
• Participate in all phases of the capture and growth life-cycle

Requirements

• Ability to obtain relevant FDIC clearances
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of progressive Federal Civilian leadership experience
• In-depth leadership experience supporting programs at the FDIC
• Proven experience driving culture change and leading mission-focused teams
• Experience with federal proposal processes, delivery and execution
• Local to the DC metro area with ability to travel to customer sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Senior Level 3
• Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP)
