IT Specialist - Data Analysis

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and update interactive Power BI dashboards with a focus on user experience and clarity
• Create and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and time-intelligence metrics
• Build efficient data models using relationships, hierarchies, and star schema basics
• Assist in the development and implementation of predictive and prescriptive analytics models
• Perform data mining and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define key performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and maintain data access controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) roles
• Technical proficiency in SQL and Power BI design and visualization
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles
• Basic knowledge of Python, data lakes, and data warehouses
• Working knowledge of finance
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize workload under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in a relevant data analytics or BI framework
