IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and network components
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues
• Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure optimal performance
• Enforce IT security policies and manage user access
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations and incidents

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience in network management and cloud technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, MCSA or equivalent
• Experience with Active Directory, virtualization and endpoint management
• Familiarity with basic cybersecurity practices and compliance
• Previous experience in a hybrid workplace within the UAE
