IT Support Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and other hardware
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows and macOS systems
• Manage Windows Server environments including AD, DNS, and DHCP
• Configure and maintain networking systems such as TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, and Wi-Fi
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Support server infrastructure and virtualization technologies like VMware and HyperV
• Ensure cloud security, backups, and disaster recovery processes

Requirements

• IT Support / Field Engineer / Infrastructure Support background
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• 2–5 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server, cloud platforms, and virtualization technologies
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud security
