Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support through the IT service desk
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, identity, endpoint, and SaaS application issues
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and device setup
  • Support identity and access management including SSO and MFA
  • Prepare, configure, and deploy company-issued laptops and peripherals
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and support equipment logistics for remote employees
  • Administer cloud-based business applications and manage licensing and permissions
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve IT processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or IT administration
  • Experience in a cloud-first environment
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace or Okta
  • Experience supporting macOS devices in a business environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and cloud applications
  • Familiarity with SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a distributed or remote workforce
  • Experience in a healthcare, HIPAA, or SOC 2 environment
