IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle help-desk tickets including password resets, access provisioning, and troubleshooting Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom
• Manage the device lifecycle by procuring, provisioning, and configuring laptops for new hires and managing off-boarding
• Administer Google Workspace and support endpoint compliance and security policy enforcement

Requirements

• IT support experience in a help-desk or internal support function
• Proficiency with macOS troubleshooting and terminal usage
• Working understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MDM platforms
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or JavaScript
