IT Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer security platforms including Arctic Wolf, Zscaler, Okta, and Mimecast
• Evaluate and tune security tools to strengthen detection and response
• Monitor alerts, logs, and system health to remediate issues
• Lead security incident response, triage, and post-incident review
• Manage M365 tenant including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Handle user lifecycle management, provisioning, and access controls
• Support Power BI administration and data connectivity
• Administer Mimecast for email security and archiving
• Manage third-party IT vendors and service-level expectations
• Oversee IT helpdesk queue, triage, and ticket resolution
• Develop IT and security awareness training and user documentation
• Leverage AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve IT efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems, security, or cloud operations
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID)
• Experience managing IT ticketing systems (Freshservice)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users
• Experience managing external vendors and project timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Arctic Wolf, Zscaler, Okta, or Mimecast
• Experience using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT professionally
• ITIL foundation or equivalent IT service management experience
