Job description

Responsibilities

  • Resolve workstation operating system, printer, and standard business application issues
  • Support line-of-business applications such as SAGE ERP and QuickBooks
  • Perform basic networking troubleshooting for desktop connectivity
  • Handle incoming client calls and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting
  • Prior experience in Helpdesk support or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Active Directory, and endpoint cybersecurity
  • Home office setup with minimum 8GB RAM and specific CPU/OS requirements
  • Stable internet connection (5 Mbps up/down) and noise-canceling headset
  • Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications
  • 3cx Basic Certified Engineer certification
