Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers and peripherals across UAE offices
- Provide timely technical support to staff onsite and remotely; triage, diagnose and resolve incidents
- Monitor system performance, backups and antivirus solutions; ensure security compliance
- Manage user accounts, permissions and Active Directory administration
- Configure and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) and VPNs
- Maintain inventory, documentation of IT assets, processes and change logs
- Assist with IT projects including upgrades, migrations and deployments
