Job description

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers and peripherals across UAE offices
  • Provide timely technical support to staff onsite and remotely; triage, diagnose and resolve incidents
  • Monitor system performance, backups and antivirus solutions; ensure security compliance
  • Manage user accounts, permissions and Active Directory administration
  • Configure and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) and VPNs
  • Maintain inventory, documentation of IT assets, processes and change logs
  • Assist with IT projects including upgrades, migrations and deployments
