Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java micro-service applications using Spring Boot with a compliance focus.
- Collaborate with regional Compliance, Engineering, and Security teams based in the UAE to define and implement features that meet regulatory requirements.
- Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code; follow coding standards and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, profile, and optimize applications for reliability and performance in production.
- Implement and maintain secure, auditable services that support compliance workflows and reporting.
- Work across time zones with distributed teams while ensuring timely delivery and clear communication in Dubai working hours as required.

Preferred Qualifications
