Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend services and APIs using Java and .NET
  • Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and ASP.NET Core
  • Write clean, well-tested code using JUnit, xUnit/NUnit, and TDD practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Spring ecosystem) and .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases like MS SQL Server or Oracle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS
  • Understanding of federal security and compliance requirements
  • Experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor
