JD Edwards (JDE) Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with developers and end users to gather and document system requirements for JD Edwards applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Configure JD Edwards modules (Finance, Sales, Procurement) to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage projects related to JDE system enhancements, ensuring timely and successful delivery within scope.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JD Edwards, providing support to end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of JDE systems with other platforms and technologies.
• Maintain and enhance system documentation, including configuration settings and user manuals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards modules (Finance, Sales, Procurement).
• Strong experience working with both developers and end users, particularly in requirements gathering and system design.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to lead and execute technical projects.
• Expertise in JD Edwards configuration and customizing JDE applications to meet business needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator for automation and process orchestration.
• Familiarity with DB2, Green Screen, AS400 systems, and experience with i-Series environments.
• Knowledge of Groovy programming language.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing queries for data analysis and reporting.
